After sharing several "dressed-up" what i wore posts, today I thought I'd share a more relaxed look. Generally, this is what I wear when I'm hanging out with Martin on the weekend or grabbing lunch with friends. When it comes to my fall shopping?... I've been hoarding tunic style tops and love pairing them with skinnies as well as layering them with my motto jacket, denim jacket (as worn here) or a preppy tweed blazer.
Did everyone have a great weekend? We did some major deep cleaning of our condo. Then had my parents over for a fabulous dinner on Saturday and I made the yummiest coleslaw recipe which I can't wait to share with you this week. On Sunday, we went to church where we're attending a seven part series called "Radical Marriage"... if you're interested, you can peek at the online sermons here: Radical Marriage, Village Church. Oh yes, and there was lots of lazing around with the pets on Sunday too; our favourite!!

ReplyDeleteAs much as I love a good dressed up outfit, I think seeing someone's casual outfits is so much more telling of what their style truly is - and it can certainly be said that you are one stylish lady, V! I especially love the pop of colour from your tee, the green shade suits you just beautifully :) Sounds like you had a fabulous weekend. Ours was pretty low-key, but it was pretty darn good, too :)

I am in love with those shoes from Jeffery Campbell!
ReplyDeleteAlso! So cool to find a Christian blogger! Was interesting to see the church you go to has a similar name to my blog, www.thevillagestyle.com Visited their website and very excited to hear the sermons. I'm getting married soon, so I'm trying to soak in everything I can to hopefully be a good and godly wife. Any advice on married life?
