Sunshine coast vacation | part one of three

Jan 2, 2015

Hello, happy 2015, guys!! I'm so delighted to be back, and I'm feeling more refreshed than ever. I didn't know how much I needed a fresh start until January 1st hit. Oh man, 2014, was a tough year and I'm definitley looking ahead with a light heart & refreshed spirit. I have so many wonderful goals for the blog + my photography business, and getting away definitley helped me find some much needed clarity. On that note, hey 2015, I'm ready to kick your butt! ;)

But first, vacation photos!! Martin & I decided to take off for 4 days and head to Rockwater Secret Cove Resort - it was totally magical, awesome and we're already scheming our next return. The above photos are from our first day... we checked in at 4pm, took in the amazing view, sipped wine and enjoyed soup & fresh crunchy bread. My absolute fave casual dinner!

13 sweet notes:

  1. Happy 2015. These photos are too cute!! What a great getaway!! xo

  3. Happy New Year, V! I'm so glad you started 2015 with a post that so heavily features Scout - I can't help it, I'm just such a sucker for an adorable pop. And speaking of 2015, what a fabulous way to start the year. A getaway to the Sunshine Coast sounds just divine and you look so blissed in these photos - which I'm sure you were :) Wishing you a wonderful first weekend of the year. I can't wait to see what 2015 is going to bring for By The Shore :)
