Apologies, for the radio silence guys! But my wrist pain seems to be getting worse and worse, which obviously has thrown a bit of a wrench into blogging life. I'm doing physio & massage this week and then seeing a neurologist... let's get this fixed! Currently the right side of my body (arm and leg) are totally numb and it's freaking me out. So wish me luck, I miss blogging, and my work life is a real snooze as a result too!

Outfit wise? I just nabbed this adorable sweater from H&M on my birthday and it's been such an awesome addition to my wardrobe. It has a deep plunge back which I love + it's super versatile. I've worn it with denim shorts & strappy sandals, plus I plan on wearing it with a simple black maxi skirt next. Love it!

shop the look:

Sweater: H&M
Jeans: Zara (similar)
Cross Body Bag: Gift (similar)
Boots: Aldo Shoes (similar)

18 sweet notes:

  1. Holy crap girlfriend, that sounds terrifying! If I were you, I'd break into the neurologist's house to get this looked at!! I hope it's just a trapped nerve, or something equally harmless - it sucks that you're having all these health problems pile up on you! :( Get better soon, lovely!!

Oh, and you look adorable. Of course you do, so effortlessly chic as always, with or without a bandaged arm. Hugs from across the Atlantic!

  8. Aww, sweetheart...you never mentioned a thing in your emails about the worsening trouble with your hand and arm (and whole right side!! ouch!!) I'm so, so sorry your carpal tunnel is causing you such grief; and I truly hope my own agenda hasn't made things worse!! P.S. This sweater is scrumptious...and the fact that it has an open back makes me want to head right over to H&M and pick up my own!! XOXO

  11. Monika, thank you. And no, your agenda has not made things worse at all. I'm just learning to pace myself and work only an hour or two a day. Here's hoping all the massage & physio will help. As for the sweater?! Yes, it's my new fave go to... although it seems to catch on everything. But other than that two thumbs up! xoxo

  14. I don't know how you do it, V, but somehow you make that tensor bandage look stylish :) I can't believe it's been cool enough for outfits like this this summer, but at least those fall-like days have been mixed in with lots of fabulous sunshine. And an excuse to wear a cute sweater once in a while? Not so terrible. This H&M one is a gem!
